Second day with the kitties!

~Second Day with the Kitties~

Well today we got to spend more time together since I had a half day. Metta loved playing with the string toy- I must say this cat has some major hops!!

He looks like a panther :) he is so fun to play with!! I dont know how he has all that energy, but he could jump around with a string all day long if he wanted!

Then jasmine hopped in the ball track and played with that for a while- what a great invention to keep cats occuppied for a while :) She definitely likes to sleep- she looks like a princess on that leopard blanket! Though we are having a great time here playing and getting used to one another I think they miss their momma :) They will definitely look forward to seeing you tomorrow! Hope you are having a great trip! Everything is great here! Water is filled, litter box is clean. Its a happy home here :)

Oh and I enjoyed the pool- what a nice place to catch some rays and cool off!
Thanks for letting me stay with your kitties! They are super sweet and easy! I cant wait for the next time I keep them!!

The First Day with the Kitties

I am so excited to have my first cat sitting job! Im pretty sure these are the coolest cats because they watch TV!

Metta and Jasmine were doing great when I came home tonight- they had to get used to a new face and voice, but after a while they warmed up to me :) I found Jasmine lounging in the room by the window :)

Once I grabbed the string toy, Metta played with me like we were besties :) I could definitely get used to playing with them- its prolly more entertaining for me than it is for them! Metta decided to climb up on the fridge but with the temptation of pouncing on the string, he didnt stay up there long :)

Since it was prolly a little past their dinner time, the kitties were happy to eat their food.. and yes Metta would only eat if I fed him from my hand :) But for a few seconds Metta ate from the bowl and I captured it :)

We are about to call it a night, but everything is good here! Hope you are enjoying your rest! More to come tomorrow!
